How Do I Get Started?

Introduction Meeting

In this quick 15-minute chat, we'll talk about your human resources needs and look at some possible solutions.

Discovery Meeting

Join us for 30 minutes to share important project details and discuss them in depth.

Proposal Meeting

In just 30 minutes, we'll share our suggested plan and cost and gather your feedback or request for scope changes.

HR Expert Introduction Meeting

Once you're happy with the plan and the related costs, we'll assign your very own HR expert to the project. We'll then schedule a meet-and-greet session before we move on to executing the services agreement.

Kick-Off Meeting

Come and join us for a 60-minute meeting where we will gather the members of the project team, set goals, and discuss important details.

What is Interim and Fractional Support? What are their differences?

We offer both Interim and Fractional Support. Interim Support is when we place one of our consultants on your HR team for a few months to help when someone is away or a role is still being filled. Fractional Support is a longer-term replacement, anywhere from 6 months or longer. We usually deploy this strategy when clients aren't sure when or how they will fill a particular position.

My team is fully staffed. How could I use your services?

Even if your team is fully staffed, you may face challenges we could help you solve. We can be an extra pair of hands during your busy season or when you need expertise for specific tasks or projects. This could be anything from system or vendor implementations, mergers or acquisitions, or handling other difficult HR problems.

We can pinch-hit whenever you need us, stepping in to help your team stay focused on the tasks that matter. Count on us to be your trusted partners every step of the way.
