The Mission

The YMCA is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment where their employees come first. Unfortunately, they had to tell their staff that their health insurance costs were going to increase. Our goal was to make sure their staff felt that they were getting more value out of their health insurance despite the higher cost.

The Outcome

We took a close look at their employee benefits program and compared it to what other companies like them were offering. Then, we gave them suggestions on how to make their program even better. We also gave them templates to help their HR team talk to the employees who would be affected by the changes. With our help, the YMCA came up with a plan to handle the higher costs and provide their employees with better benefits.
